Specialized entertainment attorney Damien Granderson is President & Managing Partner of his own consulting firm that specializes in healthcare business development. He is also President & Founder of Granderson Healthcare Consulting Inc., which has been providing consulting services to hospitals, long-term care facilities and Continuing Care Retirement Communities throughout Ontario for over 13 years.
Damien’s focus is on strategies to improve hospital and long term care facility patient flow and reducing wait times for patients including emergency department wait times. He provides business development consulting services on business development and marketing. Damien Granderson also specializes in process design and implementation, as well as conducting “gap analysis” for the development of strategic plans.
These plans are to hospitals and long-term care facilities. Damien holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo. Prior to establishing Granderson Healthcare Consulting Inc. and joining Healthcare Strategies Consultants, he was employed as a Hospital Administrator with one of the largest private hospitals in Ontario. Damien Granderson has also been a consultant for a large Toronto-area consulting firm.
The firm specialized in the healthcare industry, where he provided consulting services to hospitals and long-term care facilities. In addition, he has worked as an advisor for the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care on issues related to privatizing health care in Canada. Damien Granderson also served as an advisor to a national healthcare consulting firm advising hospitals and long-term care facilities throughout Canada.
Damien spent the early years of his career working in the provincial government. He worked at different Ministry of Health offices in Ontario, including in the Provincial Capital Office, Toronto Offices and in Western Ontario where he was both a policy analyst and assistant to the Deputy Minister. Damien Granderson has experience working on large, multi-year strategic health sector reviews of various programs.
