Greycoat Real Estate Forecasts New Round of Trends

The reliable Greycoat Real Estate Agency has recently issued its response to a series of five-year house price forecasts. The question that the agency believes people should be asking is: how much can your home in London really be worth by the year 2028? As it turns out, the answer to such a query is not quite as cut and dry as some may believe it to be.

As revealed by the housing specialists at the agency and other members of its peer group, the average house in London may well be worth over £70k more in the span of five years. However, certain conditions will need to apply in order to make this prediction come true.

A number of experts believe that house prices have further to fall before they can begin to recover. Does this mean that Greycoat Real Estate is one of a few members of the industry that is not signing off on grandiose predictions?

This can certainly be taken to be the case, Greycoat keeps on sharing. But there is a bit more to the story. The agency is not going out of its way to spread an agenda of hopeless doom and gloom. It is merely urging caution in the face of speculation (Bdaily).

The upshot may well be that Greycoat Real Estate Agency  and other agencies have come closest to the eventual truth. The fact that prices may be on an eventual upswing doesn’t mean that owners of homes should be asking exorbitant prices. The mood should be one of reflection with plenty of margin for the occasional error.
