Greycoat Real Estate Builds New Office Buildings in 10 Fenchurch Street

Greycoat Real Estate has built a new building that is currently home to both offices and retail spaces at 10 Fenchurch Street in London. The latest real estate project logs in at 13 stories tall and offers an additional 27,000 square feet of retail space at the ground level.

There is also a public sky garden for residents and the public to enjoy, Greycoat adds. The project at 10 Fenchurch Street is home to a total of 400,000 square feet of office space and another 27,000 square feet of retail space. The building was finished in 2018 and it was designed by Eric Parry Architects.

It includes 300,000 square feet of space sub-letter to M&G Investments in order to help the company house its new global headquarters. And Greycoat real estate agency is taking care of it.

Our building also allows pedestrians to have more permeability between both Fenchurch Street and Fenchurch Avenue, as well as it houses London’s largest LED light installation (Realassets).

Greycoat continues to encourage excellence in both investment and development as well as asset management in the way we manage our properties. We are proud to have currently repositioned more than 60 London-based assets and we have developed over 5 million square feet of office space throughout the city.
