Brian Farley joined Acadia Healthcare in July 2023 and now serves as the company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, overseeing a broad legal portfolio as a strategic advisor to the executive team and Board of Directors. Earlier in his career he held executive legal positions at Allscripts, including responsibility as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, and senior roles at Motorola Mobility, where he led global legal initiatives tied to major transactions.
His professional background also includes legal and commercial roles with Level 3 Communications, Rhythms NetConnections and e.spire Communications, as well as time at the law firm Collier, Shannon, Rill & Scott. That mix of in-house and private-practice experience underpins his focus on corporate governance and regulatory strategy in complex, highly regulated industries.
Farley holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, an MBA from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics from Colorado College.
