Mark Hauser: Empowering Success and Mentorship

For about 35 years, Mark Hauser has been investing and managing funds in businesses. He is one of the co-founders and is the managing partner at Hauser Private Equity (HPE), an investment firm that invests in private equity funds. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialty in finance at Miami University in Ohio, where he was a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity.

HAUSER Inc., based in Cincinnati, is a prominent risk advisory and insurance brokerage firm that operates nationwide. Under his guidance, the company evolved remarkably over 25 years, transitioning from a regional agency to a widely acclaimed national brand.

Together with others, Mark Hauser played a pivotal role in the inception of The Cincinnati Sports Club. He has remained steadfast in his commitment to robust and locally operated enterprises hence continuing to maintain co-ownership of this esteemed fitness and lifestyle club spans 16 acres and encompasses an impressive 110,000 square feet. The club’s 30 years of membership is a testament to his dedication.

Previously, Mark Hauser was a vice president at Reynolds Dewitt Securities, a company based in Cincinnati. The company successfully facilitated public offerings for notable entities such as Mid-American Waste Systems, Future Healthcare, and Health Images while he was serving. Besides his responsibilities at Hauser Private Equity and the Cincinnati Sports Mall, Mark Hauser also holds positions on the Board of Directors for various organizations, including Light Box, The O’Gara Group, and several other companies.

On top of guiding business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs, Mark Hauser has devoted the past two decades to mentoring high school, college, and post-college individuals. He also actively served on the Board of Directors at Marymount High School, fulfilling the role of Chairman for four years. Additionally, he instituted the Junior Big Brother program at St. Xavier High School, demonstrating his commitment to supporting and guiding young individuals.
