Yet in today’s world, these two freedoms guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution are under attack and regularly violated by others who don’t know the law or don’t care about what’s right or wrong.

Defending All Religions
Founded in 1994 initially as Alliance Defense Fund by a Christian group, Alliance Defending Freedom is an organization well-known for defending the rights of not only Christians, but others who practice various types of world religions. In fact, ADF has over the years helped Mormons, Jews, Muslims, and even people who practice no particular religious faith in their lives. Believing that everyone has the right to practice whatever religion they prefer, ADF will use all resources at its disposal to help its clients win their cases.
Protecting Free Speech
Next to freedom of religion, having free speech is just as important or even more so in certain situations. This is especially true on college campuses, where free exchanges of ideas is at the very heart of higher education. However, there are still many instances where free speech on campus is discouraged or even not allowed.
When students or other decide to exercise their constitutional rights and are unjustly punished for doing so, Alliance Defending Freedom will quickly take on the challenge of defending them in court.
